The cars are waiting just south of the arrival area, and all they have to do is turn right out of their holding area, right at a traffic light, and they're on their way. When you have your luggage (if applicable), then order your Uber/Lyft. They will pick you up in the roadway (don't cross over into where cars are parked in the parking garage). When you are in the area, there's no specific point for Uber/Lyft to pick you up, but you will need to cross the shuttle bus lanes to get to the general car pickup area. Pick a city close to you for detailed schedule information. If you enter Atlantic City, NJ as your ORIGIN, the destination box will list all cities offering casino service. You simply walk towards the luggage pickup area, then out to the general arrival roadway area for cars and shuttles (not the taxi side).
